I put so much love into creating high quality hand crafted jewelry. Quality over quantity so please have patience while I create your one of a kind made to orders.
Made to order/made to size: 1-2 weeks current processing time. (estimated are subject to change depending on current workload)
All orders come in a corrugated shipping box or shipping mailer and ships through USPS with tracking within 4-8 business days before shipping for ready to ship items. If you don't get a shipping notification within 4-8 business days please email me and I will check on the status. Please remember that business days don't include weekends. I take weekends off to spend with my family. Email response are made Monday mornings and Friday morning.
All made to order/made to size items processing times vary but please allow 3-4 weeks to finish your piece. If for any reason you need it sooner please email me before placing your order to see if I can accommodate.
While I try to get orders out sooner sometimes I do get behind. I am a one women business so please be patient with me. :)
If you need you order to ship rushed please email me and I'll get it out ASAP.
All jewelry will come in a cotton filled gift boxes ready for gift giving.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number so you can track your package.
I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address so please make sure your address is correct in PayPal before making your order.
Once the package is in the hands of the USPS I am not responsible so please contact me if you would like to add insurance to your order.
I recommend buying priority shipping as it automatically comes with $50 insurance.
All domestic orders over $200 I will automatically add insurance for the cost of the order. All domestic orders over $400 will require signature confirmation.
First class mail: 3-5 business days
Priority mail: 1-3 business days
International orders: 4-8 weeks *estimated
If you haven't received your package within the times listed above please contact me so I can put in a search request through USPS.
If not in the US, please check your customs policies/fees before purchasing. Sometimes customs can cause a package to be held up.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or it is received damaged please contact me within 7 days after you receive your order. I will try my best to resolve any issues you may have. If fault is my own I will accept a return for a store credit minus shipping cost. If you are making a return please return item in the condition it was sent with a valid tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of my customers as it goes directly to the post office for their service. I don't make any profit on shipping.
I don't accept returns due to buyers remorse or wrong size so please make sure you are ready to buy before purchasing. All made to order and customs are non refundable.
Buyers may pay up to a 3% restocking fee from the original price of the item being returned.
